Most “addon list” content online quietly points to piracy repos. This one doesn’t — every entry here is either in the official Kodi Add-on repository or a well-known, rights-holder-sanctioned integration.
Personal media
Jellyfin and Plex both have official Kodi addons that connect to your own media server — the most reliable, longest-lived category of Kodi addon there is, since it’s your own content.
Free, fully licensed streaming
YouTube and Twitch official addons give you enormous legal content libraries with zero legal risk.
Your own IPTV subscription
PVR IPTV Simple Client lets you load an M3U playlist from any licensed IPTV provider you already pay for — it’s a player, not a content source, so it’s exactly as legal as your subscription.
Regional catch-up
Official broadcaster addons like BBC iPlayer (UK) bring your local catch-up TV into Kodi, geo-restricted the same way the broadcaster’s own app is.
